What does Truth mean?

Many organization leaders have no problem articulating the mission, purpose, and truth of their organization in conversation. However, when asked to condense that sentiment into 100 words or put it on paper, the real meaning, power and ultimately the truth of that vision is lost.

The truth exists within you, and our work together is to excavate that truth and make sure that it’s accurately reflected in your language.
